Yoga

Hello,

I have been looking into getting back into yoga. I am only 2 weeks post-op and I am wondering when it would be appropriate to do yoga again? My surgeon said I could return to exercise just know ab work. Do you think that yoga can involve abs to much, would you just participate to your comfort level?

Any thoughts? Anyone currently doing yoga?

I agree to your comfort level. I'm as flexible as a board so yoga is not something I participate in. I've got this 10 minute yoga video I watch and follow about once a month but yoga and my body don't agree. Wish it did because I can see the benefits of being more flexible.
