About 20 lbs up after baby

Had my sleeve done in 2010. In 2012 I got pregnant and had my baby in July 2013.

My lowest weight prior to pregnancy was 127 but I was in the 135 mark before getting pregnant. I got close to 160 during the pregnancy. As my pregnancy progressed I could feel my capacity for food slot increase. And after having the baby and beginning to breast feed, I was ravenous.

Now that baby is 7 months old, I've only been able to get down to 145. I'm breast feeding but can eat so much more food these days. Sometimes I barely feel sleeved at all.

What can I do?

I would try doing liquids only for about a week but probably not until you wean your baby.. And again go back to basics protein first lots of veggies cut your carbs and exercise of course.. Congrats on the baby I'm expecting due in September

Start back on your post op guidelines... and work your way to your goal weight. Then go back into a maintainence program.
