I am awaiting approval from my insurance company. My surgeon is Dr Clayton Frenzel, I am hoping for a late February - early March surgery date. Keep me posted.

Texas General is a very nice hospital and the staff was great...I had several test done there and I was very pleased

My tests were there as well. Everyone was super friendly and informative.

I just had my sleeve this past Tuesday, Feb 4. I spent one night in the hospital. The worst part so far has been the gas pains...especially in my left shoulder.

I heard the gas pains are the worst. Is anything working to relieve it?

I'm taking gas x strips. The most helpful thing is walking. Unfortunately it hurts to burp, but you have to in order to get the gas out.
