metabolism

One if the issues I've had in the past with weight Loss is when I start to diet I don't eat enough calories So my metabolism gets low and I go into starvation mode and don't lose. Why doesn't this happen with the sleeve?

The sleeve actually resets you metabolism. When you limit the calories, your body will begin yo burn excess weight as energy.

wanna bet

I would say due to the issue of metabolism reset is a non issue with what I have experienced. I think at times we hit a stall due to the body hitting that plateau, but it doesn't last long and you change up your diet a bit or exercise a bit more and you will start losing again. The surgery helps, but you still have to do some work to acheive the loss you want. I am only 3 months along and have lost about 40 lbs...so I am not an expert, but can tell you I have not had to worry about my metabolism. The weight loss and speed of loss is pretty amazing and beats anything I have tried before hands down. Wish I had done it sooner.....
