The scale doesn't lie. But as I'm sure most of us know. I don't really "see" my 36 lbs weight loss. I was feeling like I needed some encouragement so u snapped a pic. I'm happy to report I can SEE the difference. I still have a long way to go, but this is a start :)

    I'm down 36 lbs. I had a minor set back due to a flipped port and a second surgery but I've been losing about .5-1.5 a week since then I was banded October 16th

How many cc's do you have in your band and what size do you have?

I have 4 ccs in a 10 cox band

I totally agree with u. I didn't "see" the difference in myself as well until my relatives took some photos and that's when I saw myself even though I looked in the mirror at myself everyday, I still saw fat. Congratulations u look great.
