Good evening fellow lapbanders! Just started a new job so it's hard to mix my shakes on the go. What on already mixed shakes do you guys like? I've seen Muscle Milk, Pure Protein, and so many others. Suggestions, thoughts. Any info would be great!

I like the Strawberry EAS Advantage. Tastes just like Strawberry Quick to me.

I also like the Ensure High Protien shakes. They are bigger than others. 14oz. Made me feel more full, plus more protein. They are definitely expensive so watch for sales if you want to try them.

EAS premixed shakes are good. I used to drink all 3 flavors and keep them at work or grab out fridge. I buy them from walmart

thanks for telling me where to get them because I was going to ask lol. I've been to vitamin shoppe to look around but most if what I see I have to mix, and I'd like to have something to stay in track

Meijers has a good selection. They sell the EAS at Kroger also. Target's selection wasn't very good.

The Ensure High Protein I found at Walgreens. They have them on sale every now and then.

I drink GNC Total Lean shakes. 25g of protein per bottle

Premier Protein Shakes. 30g protein. They also have the bars that have 30g of protein.
