I faxed in my new patient packet and insurance card to my surgeons office on Thursday within the hour I received a call from Lynn advising me that she had received and reviewed it and would be sending it through to insurance for pre - approval and I should hear something back in about a week. I'm excited to have the ball rolling, this forum and my outside research has me so ready for my consultation and any obstacles I may encounter on my journey.
