Febuary 10 VSG

Just joined today...excited :) I have read several books on the VSG but felt speaking to others would help increase my knowledge base going into the wonderful new life. I am already 15 pounds down. I have started to change my eating habits to focus on the challenges ahead. Good-luck to all an looking forward to hearing about all my new friends progress toward their life changing goal of being a healthier happier person
