Is it just me?

Is it just me, or does it seem like the closer I get to being sleeved the crappier I feel? Maybe it's the weather? I don't know, but I think I have the winter blues...body aches more than usual, funky mood, no energy. I can't wait to get my new companion Sleavadiva:) Yes, that will be her name.

I felt like death on toast before my surgery... partly because liquid was getting old, partly because of the low calories/low carb nature of the liquid diet. As my doctor said, you're burning energy and it will be tiring. Hang in there, be kind to yourself. My darling husband got me some fun bath stuff-- bath bombs, bubble bath, salts... a nice soak in the tub helped with the aches (and with feeling colder than I usually do).
