Hello fellow SoCal VSG'ers!! I'm so glad to have found a group of those who are local and share the same Journey. It's like a brotherhood / sisterhood among us who went through with Surgical Weight Loss (SWL) and living the life.

I'm just over 1 week post op and doing well so far. I've already lost 30lbs since starting the pre op diet!! Hope to hear from you all :-)
