Surgery is Jan 9th yikes!

Hi everyone! I'm having gastric sleeve surgery in Mexico next week (yikes!) on Jan 10 (I leave on jan 9th) with Dr Ponce de Leon. I spent Most of November on Atkins induction and lost 25 lbs. Most of December I was on protein shakes and one salad meal. That was so much harder than Atkins! I've only lost another 10 lbs since the 25lbs. Any advice before I go? Any good weight loss surgery books or cookbooks anyone would recommend? I know the surgery will be the easy part....the hard work comes after, but I'm looking forward to this life change!!
