Medically Supervised Weight loss plan

Have a question my insurance requires a 6 month medically supervised program for approval I had already completed a medically supervised program for 9 months my paperwork was submitted this morning for approval with the documentation from the previous medically supervised program with a weight loss clinic where I live and the doctor there that I saw was actually a bariatric surgeon whom no longer preformed surgeries. Anybody else been approved with a previous documented program? Hoping for an approval with what Ive already done I also did WW for a year prior but it was online and we submitted that anyway as a failed attempt.

I had to switch doctors in the middle. Essentially, the first doctor had all of the preparatory paperwork done. I saw the new doctor one time and he submitted the paperwork to the insurance company. It was approved immediately.

Good luck!
