Has anyone used any Kaiser Drs here in California?

I just got sleeved at kaiser richmond

Hi can you tell me what you did for pre op diet I start today with the 800 calories and what did you do for post op diet I am so confused is it just broths and waters? I hope all went well if you don't mind sharing your loss journey I am being sleeved Kaiser Fresno the 14th eeeeek I'm so scared!

Pre op I was on a 1200 cal diet and had to drop 15lbs to get my surgery date. Post op I was on clear liquid for 4 days then creamy like pudding , soup, applesauce for 2weeks I just got moved to purée foods and will be on that for 2weeks.. I was really nervous but it wasn't bad at all I find the hardest thing is getting all my water down.

Thanks how long did you stay in the hospital? I'm glad to hear are you keeping soft foods down? Any notice in hair loss and are you taking all vitamins also?

I was just in one night. I'm keeping it all down no problems. I take one multi 1 B12 and 3 calcium chews a day

My last options class was the Monday before thanksgiving. Im scheduled for jan 20 @ West LA.
