No first fill for me.

Came to get my first fill and was not able to get it because my dr put my port right underneath my port and my incision hasn't healed. It's infected so now I have to wait till I don't know when. Hopefully I can make due without. I was really counting on this fill. I think I needed it.

Yea thanks. And I even talked to a so called nurse at my surgeons office and she said it's not infected just keep washing with your soap. I go to true results for my full and they told me right away no they can't fill it until it's healed and it looks infected. So now I might have to wait another month for this thing to heal. Happy holidays to you too. Thanks

Thank you. Yea I was disappointed too. But I kinda figured they weren't gonna give It to me. I will take your advice thanks. That helps. I was just gonna go on a liquid diet for a couple of days then just do mushies for a few days as well.

Thanks again.

which true results do you go to? and are they sure it's an infection? i go to one in Scottsdale AZ.. my incision site looked infected but it was actually a reaction to the glue they use to close you up with.. I would keep an eye on it and make an appointment as soon as you think it looks good. but like the other poster said try to eat only as if you had restriction you will get there

I go to the true results here in Houston, Tx. Well I guess she was nurse, a lady I talked to in my doctors office over the phone said it wasn't infected. But then i went to true results today to get my fill and they said they couldn't do it cause it's not healed and not suppose to look like that. But they sent a picture over to my doctor and he just keep using soap and water. Mmmm ok. Lol.

I was going to do that, eat how I'm suppose to. They have me going back next week just to check on it. If they think it looks good I may get a fill next week, who knows? We shall see.
