My post op appointment /class was today. Surgery was dec 9th. I got my staples out, clear bill to go back to work on Monday. Since November 21st I am down 24 pounds!

Got a go ahead to fully workout now and move into stage 3 on Monday. Cottage cheese, eggs, yogurt and some puréed foods for 7 days.

Congratulations on your loss and moving to the next stage of foods. I remember the first food I had after my surgery, it tasted so good, and was nice to chew. Glad you will have at least one holiday next week when you return to work. The first week back can be a bit tiring.
