Hi all. I'm 3 months out from my surgery and really need some support. I was banded in another county so I don't have access to support groups/events in the area. Do you know of any in brevard county. I'm 28 and would also like to have a buddy that knows what I'm going through and going through some of the same things. I'm not in brevard but I'm in Polk. About a hour away. Congrats on your surgery. I had my lapband 3.5 years but go in on Friday for surgery to have my lapband replaced. My current lapband is too small. What are you experiencing?

I'm getting ready for my surgery on the 27th of this month. I'm using Dr. Fusco, and feel that the members of his team have been really supportive. I live in the Saint Cloud area and am looking for a support group a little closer than the Melbourne Area.

I'm in Clearwater (so I know we're a bit far distance wise), but I did get the band specifically to help lose weight and hopefully help with some fertility issues. My surgeon knows of my desire for pregnancy as well as my ob knows of the band. There is a specific pregnancy forum if you're looking for something specific.
