    Stand up and walk around. Drink as much as you can. They will eventually melt.

    I would try some warm fluids, like hot tea. Medications can really do a number on your esophagus - if left there, they can erode into the tissue, so it's really no joke. If the pain persists, I would go to the emergency room. I hope things resolve quickly!
