Suggestions For What To Eat After First Fill

Good morning! Had my first fill yesterday and I'm so nervous about what to eat today. I was on liquids and my dr said I can progress to solids today. Any suggestions would be welcome :)

Well, solids are solids, same as before the fill. But if you are nervous, or a little tight, try mushies for a day. First fills "usually" aren't that drastic, but you will need to make sure your mantra is "small bites, well chewed, eaten slowly" :D

ya, mushies today is a good idea. scrambled eggs, homemade Soup with lots of vege's and even meat and put in blender. cottage cheese, yogurt, eat slowly oh so ever slowly. make sure you measure your food and eat slowly making sure your bites of food have gone down.
