I use powders?utm_source=BariatricPal&utm_medium=Affiliate&utm_campaign=CommentLink" target="_ad" data-id="1" >unjury unflavored Protein. From unjury.com. I have used it in my Soups to make it creamier, but am not sure what else to add it too lol!

But even in chicken Soup I cannot taste the protein, but I can smell it. But my taste buds are pickier than my sniffer haha

I don't use my unflavored powder as much as the flavored ones, but I've used it to make non-high-Protein foods a better choice. I've put it in mashed sweet potatoes, applesauce, pudding, and yogurt. I used it more often in the first 3 months postop, but I have used it a couple of times recently. You could add it to oatmeal for Breakfast. Also, I think I remember seeing a recipe for muffins or something baked with the unflavored powder.
