December 9Th

December 9th is my day!! Bagis packed, doing the 14-day liquid diet and making my towards my goal!!

Everyone did that 30 days of thanksgiving on FaceBook in November. I am doing 14 days of post surgery goals! Each day of my 14 day liquid preop diet I post a goal I am looking forward to achieving after my surgery.

Anyone else here from Missouri? I will be having mine done in Columbia at the University of Missouri
