When Can I Start Working Out?

I'm a month out and lost 30lbs. Obv the more I work out the sooner ill lose weight. When can I start working g out?... Has anyone done water aerobics? Did it help? I've had sever knee surgeries so it's hard for normal work outs and running

I really like water aerobics. It's low impact and you don't sweat even though you're working out. I would recommend a good pair of water shoes. I was sleeved on 10/23, and my doctor said at my two week post-op appointment that I could workout. I haven't done a lot of working out because of dehydration and ketosis; I've been struggling to get enough calories in a day and afraid of passing out with exercise.
