Whole Grains

An someone please give me a list or suggestion for whole grains! To me it seems it would be brown rice whole wheat bread wheat pasta but those are forbidden! Can anyone help?

    Nope, you're exactly correct, those are whole grains. Here's a link http://www.choosemyplate.gov/food-groups/grains-tips.html from choose my plate that lists whole grains and their benefits. For me, they aren't forbidden, just second to protein and in moderation.
