Slim Fast Protein Shake!

I know slim fast usually is high in sugar but I've found a shake by them that has 20g of protein and only 2g of sugar! It is so good! If you can't find one you like you should go try it.

      Thanks for the update. I didn't realize Slim Fast had a low carb option. Have you tried Premier Protein chocolate, I love those things!

    Thanks for posting a pic of it. I will have to try this because I know that I am not getting the right amount of Protein in my diet.
