Cookbooks?

Hi all..........im 4 weeks out of surgery 10/15.........and i was curious has anyone found a good cookbook to use? Im getting bored and find myself eating the same stuff all the time.

Amazing I'm 5 weeks and today I was thinking the same thing. I'm getting bored eating the same thing over and over. I'm going to do some research this evening. I'll post my findings when I'm done.

good cookbook to use?

I know there are many cookbooks out there concerning bariatric surgery

their is one of those "for dummies" book

i do have it "somewhere", don't remember the title

go to your bookstore - they can help you :)

Thanks ProudGrammy My NUT told me about the Dummy's cookbook for post bariatric patients as well as "Eating WELL AFTER WEIGHT LOSS SURGERY" by Patt Levine and Michelle Bontempo-Saray. I bought the Kindle version for iPad through Amazon for $9.99. It looks great!
