I am a newbie to this site, and am trying to figure the mechanics of posting, etc. I began this journey in September and am scheduled for surgery Monday morning. I am nervous, excited, and hungry! I've been on three protein shakes a day for eleven days, and have lost 35 pounds since my first visit mid September.

Congrats on your weight loss. I too was nervous/excited about having surgery, but it was worth it. My life has really changed around since I lost the weight and I'd do it all over agian in a minute.
