Yogurt

I Really like yogurt but every time I go to the store and look at the yogurt, every brand I look at is full of sugar. Can someone recommend a low sugar yogurt?

Dannon light & fit greek yogurt blends are good. I believe the banana cream has 7 grams of sugar and 12 grams of Protein. Walmart sells them for $1.

I'm still preop but I'm hoping I can handle it after surgery.

I eat CHOBANI recommended by my Nut... I love them :)

I recently bought the Dannon light and fit greek yogurt with peach, strawberry, and vanilla. 80 calories and 12 grams of protein, sugar content doesn't bother me. Actually it has helped me get out of a stall and back on track. Simply love it and don't have a bit of problem. That is my go to breakfast or afternoon lunch. The only thing I have been able to eat solid is meatloaf and of course it is made with ground meat, otherwise everything else has to be moist, if not, I end up in the bathroom.

Big Bear Donna -- you are getting close to onederland. I can't wait to see you dip below 200!!! whoo hoo.
