    Hi fellow 28ths

    Looking very to my anniversary follow up with my surgeon. Lost 73lbs to date. Not always as diligent as I should be and SO bad with water. This week is eat more greensand drink more water week. Hope to see a difference.

    Still have regurgitation but think I get excited about what's on my plate and eat too fast.

    Definitely get mild dumping so conscience of that.
