I was just denied by Cigna because Banner Gateway is no longer a Cigna Center of Excellence. I double checked on that before I started the process and they were at the time. Now I have to start over. I want to cry!

Can't you transfer your stuff to another facility? You should be able to change without having to re-do everything I would think. Is there a qualifying facility near you that you can switch to?

I don't see why Cigna won't let you transfer to another of their approved facilities. It's not like you had any control over Banner no longer being approved by Cigna.

I am working on that now. I have an appointment with Bridges tomorrow. (I am thankful that there was a last minute cancellation) Hopefully the process won't take to long.
