Not a big meat fan

Hey everyone!

I'm still pre-op but getting close to my surgery date. I'm trying to think about what I will eat post op. I'm not a big meat eater and I don't like fish. What else can I eat to get my Protein in?

When you are past your liquids: Greek yogurt, cheese, eggs, soy products, Beans, quinoa, Peanut Butter....lots of good stuff!

You can also order Protein Snacks, or drinks that have high protein. Diet direct.com is a good sight. I love the hot chocolate, oatmeal...and have a bunch of snacks that I haven't got to try...all Bariwise products.

Congrats on your upcoming surgery!
