I'm approved!

I finally heard back from my insurance this week! I've been approved and will find out my surgery date when I meet with my physician on Monday afternoon! Stats:

Age: 31

Starting Weight: 377

Current Weight: 308

Physician: Dr. Jeff Baker

Location: Unity Hospital, Fridley, MN

I'm hoping to get this done and get healing in the next couple of weeks! I can't wait!! :D
