I've always been a fan of Crystal Light lemonade. I had problems getting in enough fluids the 1st week, but I wasn't worried about it. I drank as much as I could and had to be satisfied with that.

I was lucky that I found a good tasting premixed Protein shake at Wal-Mart - EAS carb control chocolate. Later I found Premier Protein chocolate, which I prefer. I'm no fan of Protein drinks, but both of these were good tasting and cheap.

I found the boost to be good. There is 10 cal blueberry juice in the juice section. It is really good I didn't like the other flavors. Mio is also good.

Try sweet drops, flavored stevia, a couple of drops is all it takes and yum!

I put a little lemon juice, a sprinkle of salt, and Dasani drops in my water. The lemon juice and salt help make the water easier to absorb. The Dasani drops taste good in the water.
