Thanks for the suggestion......I had just heard of this for the first time the other day....

It's great, just be careful. It has super-high amounts of Fiber and fiber absorbs fluids significantly as it moves through the digestive system. I started with Carbquik about two months after surgery and I suffered serious dehydration. The standard recommendation is 15 grams of fiber for every 1000 calories you eat, but those of us who are sleeved may take months before we even get to 1000 calories so just be careful, moderate, and make sure to drink your fluids.

That said, I'm a big fan.
