Ok I don't know why the doctors assistant even submitted stuff into he insurance company without even having all the information she knows was required. Like 5 year history of weight issues. Got the denial letter in the mail yesterday. Frustrated cuz I just want to move on to the next step of this journey.

I know that you are disappointed but I would set up a meeting and and request to see the documents of what is being submitted , I hope this helps.
