Have to lose

while I was in the surgeon today and I have 15 pounds to lose by next Wednesday. Don't really think I can uggg

    It's a lot to lose in a week, but can be done. Not all liquid diets are equal. Did your doctor give you specifics for your liquids? Shakes/clears etc?

    Lots of Water, walk or exercise as much as you can.
