Is there any kind/type/brand of baby food that is okay tasting with decent Protein?

Thinking that keeping some on hand post surgery might make life easier, if any of it tastes okay?

Okay....how about canned items? canned meats? already prepared items is what I'm looking for? Although I have heard that baby turkey meatballs are good!!

Canned tuna, chicken, salmon... Add mayo or Greek yogurt and run through a food chopper to purée. Soft scrambled eggs, hummus, guacamole, cream Soups, pudding with Protein powder, cottage cheese, cream cheese, refried Beans....

Tons of options without torture.

Gerber beef Soup isn't too bad with a dash of salt and pepper. My stepmom tried to help me eat 1 week post op by buying a lot of baby food for me

Fruits were pretty decent. banana, apple sauce, yum yum lol

But some of them tasted like butt.

Cream cheese on purée diet is allowed??? I'm having a hard time with the purée diet and what I can/cannot eat.

Read the labels on the baby food. Some are loaded with carbs!
