Do you find that if you eat more....

You lose more? I think bc in my mind I feel I'm over eating (which realistically I am not Its significantly less than what I used to) I felt like I always had to eat super little throughout the day and wanted to keep losing. I feel the less I ate(and starving) the scale wouldn't budge or if it did it would be a lb after a week! I was away for this weekend and ate more than normal and lost lbs. I've noticed the less I try the more I lose the more I obsess and starve the less or none I lose. Anyone else feel the same ? My surgery date was on May 23 and Im down 90lbs. I want to lose another 20 ideally but for ultimate goal

45 more. I haven't been working out due to a broken foot since December so I am happy but I want to keep it going. Hopefully another month with a cast and I can go to the gym.

Also do you guys still feel some soreness in your stomach? I feel that when I stretch or suck on my stomach it hurts... Not a lot but as if I did imaginary sit-ups or something lol.
