I have been so busy I hadnt had a chance to get on here, I am doing ok, Dr Brengmen a little disappointed , saw him tuesday and my weight stayed the same. I think I am at a stand still and have been since August! I am upset that I can't seem to break this stage I am in. However, my life has been very stressful and not getting enough rest. Last evening I was asleep early and got up this am, lost 1lb! So yeah for the loss of the 1 lb! Edited October 24, 201312 yr by Dinky1555
