Cellulite

ondering what exercise is good to help cellulite, as my weight coming off, cellulite is concentrating on my thighs and legs.

For me it's been walking almost every day!! Most days I walk about 2 miles in about 31 minutes. Once or twice a week ill do 3-4 miles. Today i even did 5.21 miles!! It's fast paced but not kill you speed :) I've noticed quite a change over the last month or so in my upper thighs!!! Good luck!!!

Side lunges! My booty and things have never been so sore in all my life!

Haven't been doing them long enough to see if they help with cellulite, but I mean with all this soreness something has to be working!
