3 days before surgery, I'm supposed to ONLY have clear liquids.

My surgery will be in Mexico and there aren't alot of details on this portion of the diet.

I figured I do two ISOPURE or NEW WEIGH, which will give me 80 grams of protein and around 320 cals. But what would I drink to get the rest of calories without loading up on sugar, like fruit juice?

Any ideas?

Did you all have a similar diet plan?

There may be a little more calories and sugar...but I'm thinking that having a cup every couple days will break up the monotony and keep me sane!
