3-1/2 weeks away from surgery

I just signed up for this group. I am scheduled for my sleeve surgery on 11/11 at NYC's Lenox Hill Hospital. I'm looking for any advice on the next 3-1/2 weeks - how to prepare, what I should be reading, how I should get myself ready emotionally and physically.
