Healing

Hello, I am new to this site and have really learned a lot about what to expect when I have surgery on 3/27. I do have a question. I do not have Type II Diabetes, and have read about non-healing incisions. Those that have had non-healing ones, did you have Diabetes prior to the surgery? Thank you in advance for your answers.

That is good to know. I have a friend that had this surgery, she does have Type II and did have problems with healing. I was just wondering if it were more of a problem with those that did or did not. I have another friend with Type II that is considering the surgery too. So I wanted to let her know what I am finding out about the process as a whole. Thank you for the information.
