So I finally applied for horizon today since my school insurance doesn't cover bariatric surgery but horizon does.. Anyone knows if horizon blue cross blue shoes epo plus makes you wait the 3months/6months before approved? Please please please share.... I was a 34.6 and it was 3lbs different. It could be the clothing or water weight...

Most insurances will pay if the person has a bmi between 35 and 39 with at least one weight-related co-morbid condition. No idea on the requirements for your specific insurance though.
