I just completed mine on Monday and mostly she just wanted to make sure that I understood that this is a tool and not a magic trick and that I understood what it will be like. She did have me do a true or false questionnaire with different questions about being sleeved. The other part was mostly to make sure that I wasn't having any on going deep depressions I guess to make sure my head is on straight. She did ask a lot about my support system.

Better that you are in therapy before. The eval is no big deal they ask questions like to you heat voices, etc. you are on the right road to have the therapy started before the surgery. That way you will have the tools to handle the new you and new relationship to food.
