Dreaded pre op

Well I'm excited and nervous all in one . My surgery is scheduled at the end of the month. My dr requires optifast. So I'm drinking five shakes and allowed 1 bar a day. It seems to be getting easier until today, I'm having horrible cravings but I did not cheat the program :) so ready for surgery:) anyone have tips to get thru the dreaded opti fast ?

I just did my first day of optifast. I'm allowed 5 optifast products a day, and then 2 "freebies"- a sugar free Popsicle, 1 cup sugar free jello, 1/2 c celery, or 1/2 c cucumber. And 64 oz of water+...
