I should be a Nov. sleever!

Submitting to insurance tomorrow and should be having surgery sometime around Thanksgiving I'm told. I'm pretty sure I won't be eating this year for the holidays. My doctor requires a 2 weeks liquid diet before surgery. Anyone else around this time?

    I just locked in on November 14 (I was tentative until today). I just scheduled my two week follow up as well...the day before Thanksgiving. Pureed turkey anyone?!?!

    I'm thinking my surgery will be Nov. 20 or Nov. 27th. My surgeon only does surgeries on Wednesdays so I may be in the hospital on this Thanksgiving.

    I'm having surgery on 11/19 so i am having thanksgiving dinner about 2 wks before surgery!! Its my favorite meal so I figure I should eat it so I dont have food envy this holiday!:)

    Don't forget to freeze some turkey broth so you can "enjoy" it while on clear liquids
