Enjoying last night before liquid diet

I start the liquid diet tomorrow so night is last night of regular food

    You know what's crazy? I started my pre-op diet on October second and I've already lost 10 pounds! Not exercising or anything- just sticking to my diet exactly. My diet consists of 3 Protein shakes and 2- 100 calorie yogurts. Still have 9 more days before surgery.

    I had a "last supper" meal. I got all my friends together and we went to my favorite italian joint. Knowing that I will eventually be able to eat normally again, just a lot less than before, but probably not a big pasta dish ever again, I had cajun chicken alfredo (only ate 1/3 of it) and then I had to have a full piece of my absolute favorite dessert - tiramisu! It was a divine meal. I did have a weight loss requirement of 13 lbs. I had restricted my calorie intake down to 900-1200 calories per day in order to lose weight. I ended up losing 17 lbs before surgery.
