I eat meat, poultry, fish, nuts, peanut butter, etc. Pretty much all the "normal" protein stuff. When you say you can only eat a little bit, how much can/do you eat?

cottage cheese, quinoa, spread cheese, bonne belle cheese, milk, chili, meatballs, eggs, turkey bacon and turkey hot dogs, nuts, beans, high protein veggies/fruits like spinach, broccoli, peaches and avocado, canned meats to make salads, tofu, and even some soups.

I've been eating eggs, almonds, and putting peanut butter and and 1/4 banana in my Cookies n Cream Gold Standard Whey Protein mixed with Unsweetened Vanilla Almond milk.

If I bake a chicken breast with BBQ sauce on it I might eat half of it but I can't eat any veggies or anything else. I can eat like a small green salad and a chicken breast strip and I'm full. I try to eat Greek yogurt and cottage cheese through out the day but I get bored of that.

I seen my dr last week and he said everything was good and I'm on track. It's been a year and a half and I've lost 50 lbs. He said that I should only b eating about 4 oz at one time. That's not enough to get good protein in. I'm just worried my hair has gotten really thin.

I think the best place to start is to figure out how much protein you need a day. Your profile is blank so I have no idea what you currently weigh, but to figure out your daily protein requirement you take your weight x .3. For instance, I currently weigh 189 pounds so I need a minimum of 57g of protein a day.

How much protein are you currently consuming daily?
