New Spokane Lap Band Dr.

I was watching the news and there is a new Lap band Dr in Spokane. :clap2: He's just moved here but has lots of experience. I talked with his office and he will do aftercare and fills for patients that have had their bands placed elsewhere. I did forget to ask about cost. His name is Dr. Trotter his number and address is Valley Outpatient Surgery Center 1414 N. Houk Rd, Suite 204 Spokane, Wa. 99216 phone 509-922-0362 or call Lori at his office 344-3100

I have another suggestion: I live in Lewiston, Idaho a short 2 hour drive from Spokane. Joan Richardson is at the Clearwater Clinic in Lewiston and she does the fills or unfills for $100.00

I go to Dr. Vivian Moise for my fills. She is located in downtown Spokane and her fees are very reasonable. $250 for first fill and $200 for follow up fills. Her office number is 747-5242.

Thank you for the information.

I have not had a lap bank yet. If I do, I will go to Mexico as I have no insurance and cannot afford the states.

Do you have yours band? if so, who did yours and how are you coping with it? I guess I'm really scared as my everyday Dr. said "NO"!! :)

lulugirl,

that's fine for those who want to drive 2 hours, spend another hours or so getting a fill, driving home 2 hours, plus incidental time . . . for me, it's too much. i'd rather stay in spokane. dr. moise has done about 5 fills (one unfill) for me and it works out brilliantly.

best of luck wherever you go,

ma'lena

Wow this is amazing I live in Fernie Canada and thats only 2 hours for me any thing else would be a min of 4hrs away does he flourscope fills?? this would be to good to be true you! made my day thanks

skifernie,

hi. dr. moise is a she . . . she will do fluroscopes if needed. it takes more time and effort. call her office at 509-747-5242 for information. ask for tami. she knows all the scoop.

best,

ma'lena

Wow, Im in shock that you are paying so much for your fills!!!! There are 2 ladies that come here from Seattle area and do fills for only $150.00....If you'd like more info let me know, I have there number and I go only to them. They come to Spokane about every 8 weeks or so....I missed them 2 weeks ago so I drove over to Seattle and got my fill on Sat. Anyways, if you'd like the info let me know....

Could you please email me the names and contact information for the two ladies that come to Spokane. Thanks.

Wow thank you I will call 2morrow.....Thanks again! How are roads this time of year!???? Oh and I was banded in Mexico, does this make a difference?

The roads this time of year are, well, unpredictable.

It matters not where you were banded as long as you have, or can get, your operative notes and device information.

Hi. I was banded in Mexico on March 23, 2011. I have my x-rays and operative notes. Looking for a Spokane-area doctor for reasonably priced fills. Your posts are very helpful. Thanks! Do you have any updated information on fill doctors?
