Nauseous

I am seriously nauseous. On day 9 of liquid diet. I did start antibiotics today for a UTI they found with pre op tests. I have only taken 1 pill so far 8 hours ago. I assumed if they would cause an upset tummy it would have been sooner?

  • Doing good now! Only really had 3 rough nights in the two weeks. Have been fine today on clear liquids. Not sure how. Thinking it has to do with adrenaline from the thought of surgery? Idk!

antibiotics are so hard on the tummy. so sorry you have an infection. try some tums. warm tea with ginger. and if your tummy still aches you may have to call the doctor for a different type of antibiotics.

Thank you! I did make some warm cinnamon tea and had some oyster crackers. Surgery on Tuesday, just trying to stay focused on that!
