What type of protein drink/supplement did you use during the clear liquid phase of the post-op diet?

    I used unjury, but my Protein shake didn't have to be clear. Everything else did though.

    What did you mix it with? I have tried the Unjury and I really like the flavor so maybe that's what I need to do.
