What type of protein drink/supplement did you use during the clear liquid phase of the post-op diet?

I used Unjury, but my protein shake didn't have to be clear. Everything else did though.

What did you mix it with? I have tried the Unjury and I really like the flavor so maybe that's what I need to do.

I always just used skim milk. One cup of skim milk plus one scoop of Unjury is 28g of Protein so it's great for that, too.
